Announcement of UNILA FMIPA UKT APPEAL

With the announcement of the provisional UKT results, we hereby inform you that the UKT appeal will be carried out offline, on:

Day, Date: Monday to Wednesday, 27-29 April 2026

Time: 7:00 p.m. 09.00 - 15.00 WIB

Place : FMIPA Dean Building, University of Lampung

Printed documents that must be brought during the UKT Appeal interview :

1. Photocopy of registration/participant certificate

2. Form to fill in student basic data printed from http://sidakma.unila.ac.id. which has been signed by parents and prospective students

3. Letter stating the truth of the UKT form filled in with a stamp of Rp. 10,000,- and has been signed

4. Letter stating that they do not accept the results of the temporary determination of UKT fees and will submit an appeal and interview which has been signed by the parents

5. Color photo of prospective students together with their parents/guardians

6. Color photo of the house from the front view (must be visible throughout the house)

7. Color photo of the living room

8. Color photo of the living room

9. Color photo of the bedroom

10. Color photo of the home kitchen

11. Color photo of the bathroom

12. A signed description of the work details of the parents (father and mother)

13. Photocopy Resident Identification Cards (KTP) of both parents/guardians

14. Photocopy of the latest Family Card (KK)

15. Original/photocopy legalized Proof of Payment Salary for employees/employees or income statement of parents/guardians from the village head/district head (not a certificate of absence capable)

16. Photocopy of account/proof of payment for electricity for the last 3 months

17. Photocopy of account/proof of payment for telephone for the last 3 months

18. Photocopy of account/proof of payment for water for 3 months last

19. Photocopy of SPT/Payment of Land and Building Tax (PBB) for 2025

20. Photocopy of all vehicle registration certificates (motorbikes, cars, etc.) owned

21. Original/legalized photocopy of Credit Application/Calculation (if you have debt).

22. Photocopy of proof of last UKT/SPP payment if a sibling is currently studying

23. Photocopy of Pension Certificate (if the parent is a retiree)

24. Supporting data on why you are filing an appeal, for example: if a parent dies then the death certificate is brought, if divorced, the divorce certificate is brought, if the parent is sick (serious and chronic) evidence from a hospital or clinic is brought, and other supporting data evidence (proof of debt is not accepted)

Note :

1. The appeal interview is attended by the parents (father/mother/both) or represented by the guardian and together with the child's camaba.

2. Appeal Interviews can only be carried out by Camaba who have submitted an appeal via the SIDAKMA system.

3. Interviews are free to be carried out at any time, as long as they are carried out according to a previously determined schedule
