UNILA Computer Science Lecturer Actively Participating in the 2024 Election
Bandar Lampung, February 14, 2024-Lecturers from the Department of Computer Sciences, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Lampung University, participated in the implementation of simultaneous general elections that took place today. They participated in the presidential & vice presidential elections and legislative members in the polling station (TPS) spread across various regions of Bandar Lampung and surrounding areas.
This activity was attended by lecturers as a form of the use of their constitutional rights as Indonesian citizens. The location of the voting they visited was in accordance with their respective domicile addresses. The voting process starts from the registration at the desk of the Voting Organizer Group (KPPS), receiving ballots, voting in the voting booths in secret, filling in ballots into ballot boxes, and ending with dyeing fingers into ink as a sign of making elections. In addition, lecturers also have great hopes for leaders who will be elected, especially in the progress of the education, research and technology sectors in Indonesia.
